The family of
Kenneth Rupert Smith of Fredericton are saddened to announce his death
at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday December 16th, 2022.
Ken was born in Rusagonis, NB on March 18th,
1938.
Ken was
predeceased by his wife Sally (Lyons) Smith, parents Gordon and Ruth
(Beddows) Smith and brother
Lloyd.
Ken is survived
by his son Weldon (Stephanie) Smith, daughter Rhonda Boone, Stepson
Glendon (Sandy) and Stepdaughter Sheila (Doug) Thrupp as well as seven
grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three
great-great-grandchildren and two sisters and two
brothers.
The funeral
service will be held on Tuesday Dec 20th, 2022, at 2 PM from
Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Dr. Ian Manson
officiating. Interment to take place at a later
date.
In Lieu of
flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation.
