Ken Malley
The family announces with great sorrow his passing on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the age of 87 years. Ken is survived by the love of his life Dot Cottie. He leaves behind his daughter, his son and many grandchildren; he will be dearly missed by family and friends. Predeceased by his parents and his siblings.
Ken served with the Timmins Fire Department for over 30 years. His personable, caring and compassionate personality made him an excellent firefighter and he loved his time spent on the frontline serving his community.
Special thank you to Dr. Sonia DiTullio and all the wonderful, hardworking PSW’s. Also, to the volunteers from Horizon.
Remembrance donations to the Salvation Army would be gratefully appreciated. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no visitation or service will be held. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
