Obituary of Katherine Cecilia Olmstead
Entered into rest at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Friday July 28, 2023. Kay (Kennedy) Olmstead of Gananoque and formerly of Lansdowne age 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Rick Olmstead. Loving mother of Jeff Olmstead (Brenna), Christy Sharp (Greg) and Sherri McFaul (Murray). Cherished grandmother of McKenzie, Shayla, Josh, Rebecca, Madeline and Katie; and great grandmother of Remi. Treasured sister of Isobelle Fodey (Morris), Pat Graham (the late Ed) and Paula Servage; and sister-in-law of Donna Kennedy. Dear daughter of the late Thomas and Vera (Shea) Kennedy. Kay will be missed by nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends will be received for a Memorial Visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince Street, Lansdowne on Thursday August 3rd, 2023 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. In memory of Kay, donations to the St. Lawrence District Medical Centre in Lansdowne would be appreciated by the family.
