Obituary
June M. Cassidy (Cusack), 76, of Moncton, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Marie (King) Cassidy.
June retired after a 25-year career with The Bank of Nova Scotia as a Senior Banking Officer. She was a dedicated Catholic and attended St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed travelling, concerts, spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Michael Richard; grandchildren, Maddix, Sydney, Morgan and Dezrik; great granddaughter, Eliza; sister, Donna Arsenault (Roger); brothers, Gerry and Jimmy Cassidy; as well as her nieces, nephews and many friends.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Cusack; and son, Andrew Richard.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (506-858-1995) on Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church (Botsford St) on Monday, June 26 at 9:30 am. Refreshments will follow in the Church Hall. Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery.
