It is with broken hearts and sadness the family of Judi Campbell announce her passing which occurred surrounded by her loving family on Thursday September 7, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John March 9 of 1951, she was the daughter of the late Grace Carr.
Judi was a loving, supportive, and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She worked as a Drafts woman for NBTel for over 10 years then joining her husband working for the family company Campbell Sanitation from the 70’s until the late 90’s. They enjoyed many winters in Florida. Judi was known as the “Glass Lady” at the Sus Flea Market.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 43 years, Stuart Campbell of Quispamsis; daughter Dara Campbell (Allen) of Fairfield; son Jamie Campbell of Saint John; precious grandson Ethan William Stuart Campbell; brother John Carr (Ada) of Alberta and sister-in-law Ruth Stanley of Ontario; nieces Denise Carr, and nephew Craig Carr; nieces Carol, Betty and Donna and nephew Wayne all of Ontario and many friends.
Along with her mother Grace, Judi was predeceased by her brother Gordon Carr.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) By Judi’s request there will be no visitation or service. A private interment will be held at a later date.
