Peacefully at Westmount Gardens on February 17, 2023 after visiting all week with family.
Joanne Potter (formerly of Toronto and Dorchester).
Predeceased by her beloved husband John (Jack) Potter (2016). Devoted mother to David (Sharon) Potter and Cathy (Derek) Paul. Much loved grandmother of Tyler, Scott, Trinity (Mackenzie) Buis and Jaclyn (Ryan) Cunneyworth. Cherished great grandmother to Parker, Iris, Violet and Derek.
Mom fought the good fight and overcame many physical challenges throughout her life. Her devotion to her family was unwavering and she will be very much missed.
The family would like to thank the team at Westmount Gardens for their never ending support, care and compassion over the past seven years.
A private family funeral service was held at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester on Monday, February 20, 2023. Interment was at the Dorchester Union Cemetery.
