Obituary
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of John on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Beverly (nee Coverdale) for 48 years. Loving father of twins Paul (Melissa) and Brent (Melissa). Cherished Grandpa of three grandsons: Austin, Linden and Sage. Brother of Charles (Debbie) and Karen (Bud) Brown, and brother-in-law of William (Judy) Coverdale. John will also be missed by his nieces and nephews.
Thank you to the EMS and Halton Police for the care they provided to John and the family.
Visitation on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, where the Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment at Bethel Cemetery, Kilbride.
If desired, donations in John’s honour to the Oakville and Milton Humane Society, Bethel Chapel & Cemetery or the Townsend Smith Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
