On Sunday June 18, 2023, John Harvie, formerly of Russell at the age of 87, passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth (Lochhead). Dear father of Sharon (David), Jo (Ken), Stephen (Deidre), Andrew (Anna). Proud grandfather of David (Justyna), Jamie (Jess), JP (Deb), Rachel (Joey), Rebecca (Dave), Jessica (Étienne), Quinn, Johnathan (Bethany), Anna (Ben), Jessica (Sean), Ethan, Scott and great-grandfather to Mason, Molly, Everleigh, Jack, Lunéya, Owen, Cara, Eric, Ryan. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street, from 6-8 p.m. Thursday June 22. Funeral Friday in the Chapel at 11 am. Interment North Russell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Brockville General Hospital would be most appreciated.
