Johanne Dégarie, 58, of Lutes Mountain, passed
away peacefully on Saturday February 18, 2023 at The Moncton Hospital.
Born in Montreal, she was the daughter of Romuald Dégarie
and the late Ghislaine Cloutier.
She was employed as an information technician at the library
of the Université de Moncton.
Besides her father, she is survived by her husband of 22
years, Nelson Ouellet; two sisters: Liette Poirier
(François Cayouette) of Bonaventure, QC, and Nadine
Dégarie of Montreal, QC; two brothers: Pierre
Dégarie of LaTuque, QC and Sylvain Dégarie of
Laval, QC; as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and
niece.
There will be visitation at Frenette Funeral and Cremation
Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Saturday February
25 from 2pm to 4pm and at Salon Alfred-Dallaire 2159 Saint-Martin
Boulevard East in Laval, QC (450-663-6003) on Sunday March 12 from
noon to 5 pm. In memory of Johanne, a contribution to the Tree of Hope
would be appreciated.
