JoAnn was born May 27, 1975 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Ronald E. Faulkner Sr. and Betty Ann Stewart Faulkner. She loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. JoAnn is survived by her son Dylan Clark of Elmira Heights, NY ; daughter: Emily Clark of Elmira Heights, NY ; father and mother: Ronald E. and Betty Ann Faulkner Sr. of ; brother and sister-in-law: Ronald E. & Carey Faulkner Jr. of Corning, NY ; sister and fiance : Amy Faulkner and Michael Richer Sr. of Elmira, NY ; sister and brother-in-law: Jamie & Ryan Ridenhour of Elmira, NY; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. Private Graveside Committal Services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of JoAnn’s Life will be held on her birthday Saturday May 27, 2023 at time and place to be announced.
