Obituary
Following a battle with cancer, Joan Davies passed away at the age of 92 at Moog & Friends Hospice. Joan is survived by her husband, Bob; her son, David Roberts; her daughter, Sandra Spearman; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A reception to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023 — 2:00 p.m. at Everden Rust Funeral Services, 1130 Carmi Ave., Penticton.
Joan was born in Swansea, Wales and moved to New Zealand following the end of the second world war. She married Bob on Jan. 7, 2007 and moved to Penticton. Joan was a wonderful warm person who worked hard all her life and was loved by many. The family wishes to thank the nurses of Moog & Friends Hospice and Penticton Regional Hospital for their compassionate care.
