We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our beloved
mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Jessie Marilyn Anthony of
Grate’s Cove.
Jessie passed away peacefully with her sister, Colleen, holding her
hand at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Thursday, April 27,
2023.
Predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Edward Harry Anthony in
October, 2022.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her three children:
Chad (Debra), Gregory Scott and Melissa (John);
six cherished grandchildren: Logan (Robyne), Madison (Dillon), Sierra,
Trinity (Austin), Parker and Olivia;
one great grandchild, Leighton Blake-Anthony, who was the light of her
life; furry grandson, Harry;
special niece, Amanda Coish and her three girls: Haley, Kaitlyn and
Autumn;
as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Thank you to Dr. Kehoe and the staff of Wilkinson Memorial Health
Centre, Old Perlican for their care and treatment of our mom
throughout the years.
Cremation has taken place.
Services to be announced at a later date.
