It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jessica, surrounded by the love of her family at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice on Monday March 13, 2023, at the age of 33 years. Jessica was the beloved wife of Dan Degagne and the loving mother to Avianna, Hayden, and Vanessa Degagne. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Justin Strood (Marissa) and her sister-in law Celine Degagne (Taylor). She is survived be by her parents Kevin Strood and Johanne (nee Proulx) Strood as well as her father and mother-in-law Marcel and Raymonde Degagne. As per Jessica’s wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home Crematorium and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
