Jennifer’s Obituary
Spence, Jennifer Annette – 38, Amherst. It is with incredible sadness that we announce the sudden death of our daughter, Jennifer, on Friday, February 24, 2023. Jennifer is survived by her parents, Carson and Wanda (Legere) Spence. She was predeceased by her brother, Josh; maternal grandparents, Austin and Pansy Legere; paternal grandparents, Harold and Geraldine Spence. She was born in Springhill and raised in Oxford. Jennifer was loved by all who knew her. She was a nurse at the Amherst Hospital and recently Gables Lodge. Jennifer loved animals and her “sweet baby girl Saidi” was adored by Jen. Jennifer enjoyed hanging out with her friends, but especially Ryan and Kevin watching movies and going to the beach or drives. The Christmas season, family gatherings and the beach were some of her favourite things. Jen will be forever missed by her parents, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 2, with funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 3, both in MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home& Crematorium, Oxford.
