Jeff is lovingly survived by his children: Treazure Soosay, Deshawn Soosay, Keenen Soosay, Cherish Soosay, Gauge Soosay, Darnell Soosay, Jeffery Soosay Jr.; grandchildren: Zaikai Soosay, Alethea Soosay-Cardinal; father: Charles Desjarlais; siters: Tanya Ward, Wendy Ward, Melissa Ward; brothers: Jonathan Ward, Kenny Badger, Trevor Ward, Terrance Ward, Louie Ward.
Jeff was predeceased by his mother; Linda Ward; Sister: Shyanne Desjarlais; Brothers: Jason Ward, Michael Ward.
Cremation has taken place; a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
