Obituary
Jean Paxman, late of Colgate, SK passed away March 8, 2023 at the age of 90 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Paxman; her parents Matthew and Marion Thompson; sisters: Margaret (Roy) Davidson, Velma (Peter) Prokopishin, Carol (Alfred) Mattis; brothers: Bob (Mabel) Thompson, Jim (Evelyn) Thompson, Rae Thompson, Kenneth Thompson and Paul Thompson; her in-laws Delois and Laura Paxman; sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley Thompson, Wendell Haubrich and Jean Thompson.
Jean is survived by her sons: Scott and daughters, Nicole and Morgan (Mike); Brett (Shishawna) and daughters, Shelby and Shenae; Greg (Kim) and daughters, Shayla (Brendon) and Jaedyn; great-granddaughters: Jessica, Josephine, Winnifred. Jean is also survived by her siblings: Gerald Thompson, Merle Froehlich, Lyla (Mike) Prokopishen, Doreen Haubrich, and Wilfred Thompson; her sister-in-law Rhoda Yung; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Service of Remembrance will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Rev. M. Barnabas officiating. Funeral luncheon will follow the service at Upper Grace Hall, Weyburn, SK.
