Obituary
The world became brighter on October 6th, 1948, the day that Jean Elizabeth Crocker was born. Jean was the youngest child of Walter and Ethel Crocker of Trout River, Newfoundland. With her sudden passing on June 23rd, 2023, at the age of 74.
Jean leaves to mourn her brother Woodrow, sisters Clarien, Ilene and Inez, and a large circle of nephews, nieces, and loved ones. Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband Erson Larose and second husband Alvin Crocker, as well as her sisters Olive, Mona, Ruth, Mary and Brothers; Albert, Job, and Richard.
Many thanks to her two nieces Lois and Sharon for their care and love and the team at Western Health.
Family and friends are invited for visitation at St Simon and St Jude Anglican Church, Trout River, on Sunday June 25th, 2023, from 7:00-9:00 PM. Where also the funeral service (lead by Rev. Aiden Toravelle) will take place Monday, June 26 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery. Following a luncheon will be provided by Jeans’ special friends at the Trout River Fun timers 50+ Club.
As expressions of sympathy flowers will be accepted or memorial donations can be made to the St Simon and St Jude Anglican Church.
