Jason Romeo Stefanski
April 29, 1980 – June 10, 2023
The family of Jason Stefanski is saddened to announce his passing on June 10, 2023 at the age of 43.
He was predeceased by his Dad, John Stefanski; his biological Dad, Rob Cyr; grandfather, Stanley Stefanski; uncle, Pat Stefanski; and cousin, Jason Stefanski.
Jason will be missed every day by his ever-devoted Mother, Jackie Speetjens (Scott); his brother, Justin (Kelly) Stefanski; and his sister, Jaylynn Stefanski. He is also survived by his grandparents, Romeo and Maxine Melanson, Stella Stefanski, and Mina and Phil Cyr; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jason had many friends. He always had the biggest smile on his face and always had some sort of clever joke to tell. He was always the life of the party, loved to laugh, and loved to go boating and fishing. He loved his Auntie Roselle very much, she was like a big sister, and was with him until the end.
The family would like to thank the ICU ward in Saskatoon St. Paul’s Hospital, and his Auntie Rita Stefanski for being there every day for 6 weeks until his passing.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date with his family.
Jason had a big heart. He wanted to help the homeless. Donations to the Prince Albert Food Bank in his memory would be appreciated – 64 11th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0Z9
