At His appointed time, the Lord called to himself his child Janet Van Egmond on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 in her 80th year. Beloved wife to the late Adri (1997). Cherished mother to the late Gord (2018) and Victoria (Mario) Turco. Grandmother to Erin, Janessa, Roselyn (Mitch) and Sylvanna. Memaw to Marion and Winter. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Wilma Kroes and her brothers Gary and Bill. Survived by her dear sisters Jean (Bert) Blokker, Winnie (Jake) Bos and sisters-in-law Hennie Kroes and Irene Kroes. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Janet will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her Florida and Wes-Li Gardens family.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at SMITHVILLE CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 330 Station St., Smithville, on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., where the Memorial Service will take place the following day at 11:30 a.m., with Rev. C. Bouwman officiating. Private Interment will precede the service.
