Obituary of James William Peters
Peters, James W. “Jimmy”
Jimmy passed away in the Perth hospital Friday January 27th, 2023, 5 days following his 68th birthday. He was predeceased by his parents Steven and Barbara (Brown) Peters. Jimmy is survived by his sisters Margaret Howard and Shirley Kelford, brothers Steven, Douglas, Clifford and Thomas Peters. He will be fondly remembered by his “extended” family, the residents, and caregivers of Davidson House.
Family and friends will gather for a service to honour Jimmy’s life in the chapel of the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., Perth on Tuesday January 31st, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Jimmy will be laid to rest in the spring with his family in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lanark. In remembrance of Jimmy, memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
