Jacqueline (Clark) Young, resident of Tillsonburg, Ontario formerly of Guelph and Toronto passed away peacefully on June 28, 2023, at Sakura House Hospice at eighty years old. Beloved wife of the late David Young. Loving mother of John David Young and his wife Mary Anne of Tiny, and the late Mark Andrew Young (1994). Dear grandmother to Paul and Julia. Predeceased by her parents John and Maude (Aston) Clark.
Jacqueline was an avid R.V.er with her husband, member of the Family Motor Coach Association, Bounders of America, and Friends of Stratford Festival. Later in life she continued her sense of adventure travelling across North America and exotic locations in Europe. Her final days during her battle with cancer were supported with grace and compassionate care by the staff at Sakura House, Woodstock.
Friends and family will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am. Memorial Service officiated by Father Seejo John of St. Mary’s Catholic Church will follow at 11:00 am. Inurnment at Assumption Cemetery will follow at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Sakura House Hospice (VON Oxford) Woodstock, Ontario. Condolences and memories may be shared at
