Passed away peacefully at home on August 13th, 2023
Beloved husband of the late Carolyn (nee Cooper). Loving father of Lisa Warrener (Scott) and Brad Swift (Tracey Crimmons). Cherished grandpa of Jordan, Jessyca, Kyle and Megan. Dear friend & companion of Jackie.
A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held on Sunday August 20th from 1 – 4 pm at ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION, BRANCH 178 109 King Street East Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society.
