It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Jacqueline “Jackie” Lee Knoll (Mason). Cancer took her much too suddenly, but she drifted away surrounded by the love and affection of her family.
Jackie was the beloved wife of Ken Knoll, and the two had been together for nearly 50 years living on their farm outside of Walkerton. She was a caring mother of three: Leah (Jonathan Bagnell), Darcy (Sara Parkes) and Kendra (Joel Crocker). Jackie took great pride in being a grandmother to Reese, Kian, Margaret and Mabel and embraced this role with every aspect of her heart.
She will also be remembered by her sister Jill Mason (Bill Calder) and their daughter
Tali, sister-in-law Betty Fritz, brothers-in-law Jim (Sandra) Knoll, Doug Knoll, and several nieces and nephews, Jackie will be further missed by her extended family, dear friends, Dexter the cat and Daisy the basset hound.
As we mourn, together we are left with cherished memories of her love, devotion to family, passion for animals and nature, and sharp sense of humour.
Jackie is predeceased by her parents, Jim and Ada Mason, brothers-in-law Gary Knoll and Rob Fritz. We are confident they are watching over us, alongside the many dogs and cats Jackie deeply loved and cared for throughout her life.
A casual celebration of life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Walkerton.
