Jack leaves behind his sister in law Teresa (late Walter), Sandra and her husband Keith. Godson Bradley and his wife Georgia. Jack will be missed by many nephews and nieces.

A memorial visitation will be held at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home,
55 Mill St E, Acton, on Saturday January 7, 2023
from 2 – 4 p.m.
