Notre-Dame, NB – Vincent Gallant, 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Shediac River, he was the son of the late Everald and the late Rita Gallant (Goguen).
Vincent will be sadly missed by his partner, Debrett Saulnier; his son, Jason (Carole) of Bouctouche; his daughter, Natalie (Marc) of Cocagne; three grandchildren: Emily, Alexander, and Callie; five brothers: Donald (Noëlla), Valerie, Gilles (Susan), Edouard all four of Cocagne, and Roland of Cap-de-Cocagne; four sisters: Thérèse (Claude) Roy of Cocagne, Helene (Robert “Bob”) Belliveau, Paulette (Gerry) Gallant both of Grande-Digue, and Monique (Vincent Cormier) MacGillivary of Saint-Antoine; his sister-in-law, Elaine Walters (Normand Saulnier) of Notre-Dame; his cat, Smokey; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Bernadette Pellerin and two brothers: Roméo and Bernard.
Vincent had a passion for music and played the guitar. He loved hockey and was a very big fan of the Montréal Canadians.
In respect to Vincent’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
