Moncton, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lois Davis, 67, on Friday, July 14th, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Marvin and Gladys Davis (Williston).
Besides her parents, Lois will be sadly missed by her three siblings: Ruth Hovey of Moncton, Diane Hope (Dave) of Ontario, and Clark (Cheryl) Davis of Rothesay; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many close friends from across the world.
Lois was predeceased by her grandparents, Curtis and Aggie Davis; as well as several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Lois worked for many years in Asia teaching English as a second language. She was much loved by her students and fellow co-workers. She had the opportunity to travel extensively and was an amazing photographer. Lois loved life, always looked at the positive, and never backed away from an adventure or a challenge. This tenacity served her well in her final years as she battled an aggressive cancer right up until her final moments.
The family will be having a private celebration of life at a later date.
