Hubert Alvin Earl
Passed away peacefully at Brockville General Hospital, (Palliative Care Centre) on January 19, 2023 after a brief illness at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Helen (Ennis) Earl. Proud father of Darren (Jenn Johnston), Douglas (Amanda Hayes) and Daniel (Shayna Proulx). Cherished grandfather of Paige, Derek and Deacon. Dear brother of Duane (Diane pre: Dorothy pre:), Gary (Sandra), Wally (Susan) and Larry predeceased in infancy. Fondly remembered by sisters-in-law, Norma Bellamy (Wilmer pre:) and Donna Doelman (Fred Richardson). Predeceased by his parents Orville Earl and the former Bessie Hanna. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their grateful gratitude to the B.G.H. nurses and Palliative Care Team. Special thanks goes to the family’s dear friend Peggy Mitten for her compassionate support.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Tuesday January 24th, from 10 -12 and 1-3 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel at 3 p.m. As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Brockville and District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care Programs), Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
