In appreciation for all that our mom has been for us, her love, care and memories.
It is with sorrow, to share that our mom who suffered many years from dementia, has passed away. May her Christian example and faith be seen in the many generations.
Beloved wife of the late Gerrit-Jan Otten (2005).
Mother to Theresa and Garry Averink, John and Wilma Otten, (Wilma) and Corney Vanderspek, Garry and Connie Otten, Dean Otten, Dianne and (Wim Kwintenberg).
Cherished by her 29 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased son-in-law Wim, grandson Jacques Schoeman, great grandson Hunter Kleen and daughter Wilma.
Family and friends will be received at the Arn-Lockie Funeral Home, 45 Main Street West, Norwich Ontario, on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. and Monday, July 17, 2023 at the Heritage Reformed Congregation, 685 Main Street South Burgessville, Ontario from 10:00 – 10:45 am.
Funeral service will be held at the Heritage Reformed Congregation, on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 11:00 am. D.V. Pastor Ian MacLeod to officiate. Interment service to follow at the C.G. Walker (Quarter Street Cemetery).
Donations in memory of Hendrika can be made to charity of choice.
