Daughter of Linda (Graziano) Zonga and Alex (Monica) Cowan. Sister of the late Jimmy Cowan, Jonathan Cowan, and Brian Cowan. Aunt to Christopher Aubin (Trina) and Ashliann. Special Godmother to Sandy Holmberg. Helen will be missed by her special aunts Catherine (Maurice), Christine (Jack), Jane, Carla, and Sheila, who loved her like their own and her good friends Laurie and Steve Miller.
Helen was known for her loving and generous nature.
Cremation has taken place.
