Gordon Earl Weber of Goderich, passed away at Alexander Marine and General Hospital, Goderich, on Monday, April 17, 2023 at the age of 71.
Husband of Myrtle (Wheeler) Weber.
Father of Scott & Heather Weber of Cambridge, and Erin Weber & Bernie Taylor of Paris, Ontario, and grandfather of Kaitlin Weber, Jessy Weber, Kurtis Weber, Emma Taylor, and Carson Taylor.
Brother of Bob Weber & Grace Preiss of Listowel, Lois Fletcher of Guelph, Dianne & Joe Leveille of Wallaceburg, Joyce & Wayne Sanderson of Fordwich, and Karen and Lee Brunkard of Elmira, and brother-in-law of Gordon Wheeler, Carol Rybicki, and Ruth Buffinga. Loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews
Predeceased by infant son Jamie Weber (1976), infant daughter April (1977), brothers Larry Weber and David Weber, sisters-in-law Susan Weber and Joanne Pryce, nephew Robert Weber Jr., niece Melissa Sanderson, parents Otto Weber and Kathleen (Woods) Weber.
Gordon was an avid motorcycle rider. He also loved his job, and was a mentor to many in the trades. But most of all, Gordon was a family man. He was a loving husband, a great father, and proud poppa of his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, April 21st at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow at the Harriston Legion.
Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Ride for Dad or the Grand River Hospital Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
