Gloria’s Obituary
We are sadden to announce the peaceful passing of Mrs. Susan Gloria Crocker at the age of 75 years the in the early morning of Friday July 7th, 2023 at the palliative care unit in Corner Brook.
Susan was predeceased but her loving husband Hedley and her beloved son Stephen, Thomas Galliott (father), Olive Galliott (mother), brothers; David and John, beloved nieces Tammie and Stefanie Galliott, dear sister in-law Karen Galliott and also her special friend Mrs. Milley Crocker.
Left to morn are numerous family members and friends, her beloved son Jeffery Crocker (Deborah Russell), dearest grandsons Shane and Joshua, sister’s Marjorie Gavin (Stephen) and Donna Gavin (Shawn), brothers Jim and Stephen (Carol), her beloved sister in-law Mrs. Jessie Young and brother in-law Milton Young, beloved sister in-law Jean Galliott, beloved friends Lucy and her husband Kevin, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews throughout the country. The family would like to extend the personal thanks for the care and compassion shown by her home care workers, her niece Rhonda and Helen, the doctors and the nurses at the palliative care unit along with all the special friends who came to visit during her final days.
As to her wishes, Susan will be cremated and will be laid to rest alongside her loving husband Hedley and beloved son Stephen.
Her viewing will be held at the Anglican church in Trout River on Wednesday 12th July,2023 at 2- 4 and – 9pm.where also the funeral will take place at the Anglican Church at 2pm on Thursday, July 13th,2023 with RMUL Sandra Pinksen officiating with inurnment to follow at the family plot.
