Lally, Gladys Christene (nee Ferrier)
July 2nd, 1932 to January 29th, 2023
With family by her side, it is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys C. Lally (Ferrier) on Sunday January 29th, 2023 at the age of 90 years. Loving and devoted wife of the late Earl J. Lally for over 60 years. Proud mother of Del (Cheryl), Wayne (Donna) and Tammy Thornton (Nick). Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Chris, Kristen, Courtney Thornton, Kelsie Thornton, Eric Thornton and great grandmother to Brody, Bradley, Emily and Liliana. She was predeceased by her brothers Orville, Ivan, Arnold Ferrier and she is survived by her sister Marion Galna . Glady’s memory will always be cherished by her,nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A special thank you to all of the PSW’s and nurses at Lanark Lifestyles who attended to mom with such love and respect during her final days and hours. Your contributions were exceptional.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Thursday February 2nd, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M.. The mass of Christian Burial will be held at St John Baptist Catholic Church Perth at 2:30 P.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre.
A private family interment will take place on Friday February 3rd, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Dr. Ottawa, ON K2CC3H2
