It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Giselia Maria Soares on May 7th, 2023 at the age of 76. Giselia was the dear sister of Laura (Joe) Martins, the late Joe Eduardo, Albert (Teresa) Soares. She is survived by her sister-in-law Isabelle Soares. Giselia was predeceased by her parents Rosa and Manuel Correia. Dear aunt of Grace, Cidalia, Euzita, Armando, Joe, Carlos, Jessie, Dennis, and Suzete. Giselia will be fondly remembered by her many great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and friends.
Giselia was a kind hearted and very happy soul. She truly enjoyed her time spent among her family and her dear friends. She will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 from 5:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at 1:00p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church.
