Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Home, Smiths Falls on Sunday January 29, 2023. Gertie Larmon, in her 96th year, of R.R. # 1, Westport, Beloved wife of the late Gerald Last for 79 years. Dear mother of Marion Last (Deceased June 19, 2019), Geraldeen (the late Jack) Norris and Walter (Bev) Last all of R.R. # 1, Westport. Dear sister of Shirley Ramsbottom of Lanark. Predeceased by sister; Thora Pollard and by brothers; Carl and Walter Larmon. Fondly remembered by 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by her nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at Westport United Church Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Westport Lions Club Van Fund would be appreciated. The family would like extend their deep appreciation and thanks to the Staff of the Broadview Nursing Centre for the care provided to both Gertie and Gerald these last few years.
