It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing in Sudbury, on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the age of 80 years. Son of the late Rodolphe and late Lorette (née Pilon) Regimbal. Loving husband of 60 years to Carmen Regimbal (née Rioux). Beloved father to Paul Regimbal (Judy), Lawrence Regimbal (Lucie) and Lynne Regimbal. Cherished grandfather to Cory, Heather and Lance. Great-grandfather to Mia and Lexie. Dear brother to Claire (Sylvio), Diane (Claude), Sue (Bob), Rolly (Mabel) and Carmen (late Leonard). Predeceased by his sister Jeannette (Jean-Claude). He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, boating, camping and hunting. He was a social butterfly and happiest surrounded by friends and family, either playing cards, Texas horseshoe, his guitar and simply entertaining others. Gerry was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was an extremely positive person who loved life and lived it to the fullest. He wasn’t the life of the party; he WAS the party. He will always be lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
