It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Herbert “George” Bennett of Grand Bank announces his passing. Herbert passed away at the Dr. S. Beckley Health Centre in Grand Bank on Friday, September 8th, 2023, at the age of 67.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife, Mary of 30 years; daughters, Ramona Roberts (Corey) of CBS, Christine Bunting (Stewart) of Edmonton; grandchildren, Emily Roberts, Jamie Bunting, Jodie Bunting; sister, Marie Grikis (Rick); brother, Paul Bennett (Myra); niece, Melissa; nephews, Davin, Trevor; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
George was predeceased by parents, Tom & Berniece Bennett.
In keeping with George’s wishes cremation has taken place.
Visitation and service information will be determined and posted later.
