(nee Britton)
Peacefully in her 97th year on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Devoted mother of Tim (Alison) and Beth, loving grandma of Sean (Allison) and Shannon (Neil), great grandma of Dakota (Avia) and Jack, GG of Sarah (Jakub) and Emma. Freda is predeceased by Arthur, her dearly loved husband of 68 years, her daughter-in-law Joanne, and her brothers and sisters. She will be dearly missed by the cousins, nieces, and nephews that she loved. Freda enjoyed her many great friendships. She dedicated her life to helping others, selflessly volunteering her time and talents. She was artistic, and took great pride in her lovely porcelain dolls and ceramics. Freda’s beautiful spirit lit up many lives. Family and friends will be welcomed to a visitation at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. The family requests that all visitors wear masks. A private family interment will follow.
