In Memory of Frances Wilson
Fran’s love of life didn’t come to an end with her death. Fran passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 74 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Fran. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities of gardening, biking, playing the guitar and a quiet evening with friends and a glass of wine in hand. Fran who always gave so generously of her heart and time to those she loved will be greatly missed.
Fran is survived by her daughter Angela, grand-daughter Taylor and grand-son Aidan. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Eileen and her husband Grant, Jo-an and her partner John, brother Paul and his wife Coleen, nieces Debbie and her husband John, Donna and her husband Fred, Brie, nephew Todd, grand-nephew Nicholas and cousins Cheryl and Sandra of Guelph.
The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Fran’s friends Maureen, Kelly, Ann, Debra, Elizabeth, Donna, Michelle, Ilka, Julia and Luis who were there to support her and care for her each and every day. We also wish to thank the nurses at Lakeridge Hospital in Oshawa who treated Fran with a warm heart and loving care and most of all laughter.
Family and Friends will be received for A Celebration of Life on October 28th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
