It is with broken hearts that the family of the late William Ernest Baker of Grand Bank announces his passing. Ernest passed away at the his residence in Grand Bank on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023, at the age of 70.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his partner, Pauline Day; son, Winston Baker of St. John’s; daughter, Pamela Baker of St. John’s; sister, Sadie Baker of Halifax; brothers, Stanley Baker (Betty) of Avondale, Edward Baker (Nora) of Grand Bank; 4 grand children, Savannah, Santana, Morgan, Julia; nieces, Tina, Tammy, Kim, Heather, Jennifer; nephews, Johnathan, Neil; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Ernest was predeceased by wife, Florence Baker; parents, James and Pearl Baker; grand parents, Ernest and Marjorie Keeping, Felix and Sadie Baker; special grand parents, Wallace and Frances Hayward; brother, Wally Baker.
The Baker Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank at a date and time to be announced.
