Following a brief hospitalization, Elmer Dixon aged 68 years, made his journey home.
He was a father to Reanna, Lane and Nemo. He was also a son, brother. cousin, grand uncle, great grand uncle and friend.
There will be a prayer service at Snodgrass Funeral Home Saturday, June 24, 2023. Wake Services will take place Saturday and Sunday, June 24 and 25, 2023 at his residence in Eden Valley (House 4A).
Funeral will take place Monday June 26, 2023 at Chief Jacob Bearspaw School-Annex building at 1pm.
Interment to take place at Eden Valley Cemetery.

Elmer is the grandfather to my son Marxo and daughter Flora. When I first met Elmer I was 15, he stood tall beside his late Mom Flora Dixon. He looked mean, but as the years passed I come to know Elmer as a caring, happy man, who would always smile, and drink tea with you. He loved his family, he knew that family was important, because his mom taught him that. I looked at Elmer as my uncle, and a wonderful grandfather to my babies. I will miss you and your stories..
This isn’t goodbye Uncle, it’s see you again.
