Eldon was born August 25, 1931 in Hardisty, AB and passed away peacefully at Moog & Friends Hospice on Saturday evening June 24, 2023.
He is survived by his children Karen (Rai), Neil (Rachel), Fay, and Mark (Linda). Also, his 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, adopted daughter Colleen, brother Bob (Val), and many more extended family. He was predeceased by his wife Norma (August 14, 1993), sons Kevin (1976) and Bruce (1993), sister Inez (1983), brothers Danny (1998) and Ron (2009), and sister-in-law Mary Jane (2011).
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Everden Rust Funeral Chapel, 1130 Carmi Avenue in Penticton, Saturday August 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
We wish to thank the nurses, staff and volunteers of Moog & Friends Hospice for their wonderful care. We feel the compassion shown, along with the lovely food and beautiful surroundings; helped him rally and hold on long enough for family to come to accept his gentle passing.
