After a long illness, Eeva Kalliomaki passed peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Wednesday June 14, 2023 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Arto Hiirvonen. Loving mother of Nancy (Ian) and Eric (Daphne). Cherished grandmother of Amy, Tori, Kai and Lia. Survived by siblings Maija, Marjatta, Aune and Saara. Eeva was born in Jarvenpaa, Finland in 1938 and has lived in Canada since the early 1960s. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Torrance Funeral Home (89 Bowes St. Parry Sound).
