Edna LeBlanc, 84, of Moncton, passed away on Monday February
20, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Atholville, she was
the daughter of the late André and Eva (Arsenault)
Arsenault.
She is survived by four daughters: Rita LeBlanc, Annette
Maillet (Gilles), Gisèle Mitton (Greg), and Rosa Cole
(Marcel); one son-in-law, Daniel; eight grandchildren: Daniel, Tadder,
Samantha, Rebecca (Austin), Suzanne, Krista, Stacey (Maurice), and
Michaela; three great-grandchildren: Elizabeth, Tucker, and Audrey;
one sister, Sr. Rita Arsenault; two sisters-in-law: Blanche LeBlanc
and Florence Richard; as well as her nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband,
Henri; one granddaughter, Elizabeth; one nephew, André; and
two brothers: Alyre (Jeanne) and Alcide (Doris).
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the
funeral service will be celebrated on Friday February 24 at 2:30 pm.
Visiting hours are Friday from 1:30 pm until time of funeral.
Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory
of Edna, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would
be appreciated.
