It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Dorothy Ann Chafe aged 76 years, of Goulds, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Dr. L.A Miller Centre.
Predeceased by her loving husband, Douglas; mother and stepfather, Gertrude and Otto Pittman; father Llewellyn Cox; and sister Olive.
She will by sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Paul (Ashley), granddaughter Jaina, and a close group of friends.
As per her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
