On Monday, July 3, 2023 in his 87th year, Dirk (Dick) Knight was called Home to his Lord and Saviour. We are thankful to God for His gift of grace by which He believed in Jesus Christ as his Saviour which is now our comfort and joy. Loving father of Audrey & Bill Van Vliet (Mark & Melanie, Sarah & John Suk (Tim, Emily, Joshua, Nicholas, Averie), Matt & Mary Tigchelaar (Addison, Lincoln, Oakland), Ken & Catherine Knight (Joshua & Christina, Noah & Erica, Robyn & David, Adam, Faith), Maureen & Roland Van Olst (Jacob, Anna, Mikala), Ruth, Richard and Genice (Gavyn, Paige, Silas, Teegan). Beloved brother of Jan†, Aaldert†, Jantje†, Geertje†, Rika†, and Johanna†.
A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, July 7, 2023 at REHOBOTH UNITED REFORMED CHURCH 77 Glancaster Rd., Ancaster at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Swets officiating. Private interment will precede the service.
