Gerald Allan Delisle, known affectionately as “Jerry” – dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, relative, and friend – passed away peacefully at the age of 74 at CHUM on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Josephine Diabo and Louis Delisle, and his sister, Barbara Little-Bear. Jerry is survived by his wife, Debby; son Kyle and his wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Drew, Tayde, Rhys, and great-grandson, Tyren; his sister, Lorraine, and his brother, John, and nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Jerry’s family wish to extend a special thank you to the dedicated staff of CHUM, the Kahnawà:ke Medical Transportation Services, and the Kahnawà:ke EMTs for all the wonderful care they have provided him over the years.
A Memorial Service was held on Wednesday, March 29 to celebrate Jerry, who enjoyed life and was a loving and caring man.
Jerry is continuing his journey in peace and without pain.
