  2. Deepest condolences to all of Datta’s family. Datta served the University of Windsor and the Windsor-Essex community tirelessly in many ways, and will be much missed. His leadership of the university’s involvement with United Way was unequalled. His played a major part in building the Windsor University Retirees’ Association, especially as Editor of its Newsletter for 30 years, strengthening retirees’ continuing connection to the university. Rest in peace, Datta.
