It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Danial Allan Anthony Bellinger on January 29, 2023 at Sunnybrook Hospital after a brave battle with cancer. He passed peacefully with his wife, Kimberly, and his daughter, Emma by his side.
He was the beloved husband of Kimberly and a loving father to his daughter, Emma. Predeceased by his father, Alva Bellinger. He will be dearly missed by his mother Arline, brother Paul (Cathy) and sister Peggy (Pete); and his many nephews and nieces: Devin, Darcy (Jennifer), Trevor, Patrick, Paulina, Bailey and Cassie. His brother-in-law Michael and sister-in-law Katherine also mourn his passing.
Dan had an encyclopedic knowledge of the most obscure sports facts. He travelled frequently and made friends easily wherever he went, and he will be missed by the many, many friends he made throughout his life. Each year when the NFL season started he could be found at his favourite bar cheering on his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In memory of Dan and In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sunnybrook Foundation would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of D4 ICU at Sunnybrook Hospital for their compassion and support.
He was a stubborn, loyal, and loving man through and through, and we will miss him.
