It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Marlaine Kennedy (Ferguson). Born June 11 1947 in New Liskeard, ON. Marlaine passed away peacefully with her son and sister by her side on Sunday April 30, 2023 at Lakeridge Hospital,Bowmanville in her 75th year. Devoted wife of Graydon Kennedy, loving mother to Teresa (pre-deceased) and Shean (Elana). Proud grandmother of Matthew (Emily) Warren , Andrew Warren, and Sheanna Kennedy. Great-Grandmother to Brookey. Treasured by siblings Geraldine ( pre-deceased),Dayle and Murray. Will be missed by countless sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. She will be remembered as a generous spirit, whose kind smile and warmth blessed those she knew. We are comforted to know she is walking with Christ in paradise. Donations in honour of Marlaine’s life can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
