Obituary
It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Craig Roderick Osmond announce his sudden passing on February 7th, 2023 in his 49th year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his companion: Loretta Pike; fur baby: Gus; parents: Shirley and Rod Osmond; sisters: Paula Stagg (David), and Kristy Osmond; niece and nephews: Chaytor, Matthew (Ricki-lee), and Julia; Loretta’s mother: Alice Pike; as well as Loretta’s family: Jeanette Fewer (Terry), Edna Goulding (Wade), Eric Pike (Karen), Roger Pike (Terri-lynn), and Tracey Dwyer Pike; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Craig is predeceased by his grandparents: Gord and Dinah Osmond, George and Rose Kinsella, and Eric Pike.
Ozzy was the first to show up for a party and the last to leave, especially if there was a guitar and a sing song on the go! He loved to sing and make people laugh. His ability to make up a song on the fly was amazing, but his ability to make you laugh was even better. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends, especially his PooBear!
At Craig’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a funeral service held on Monday, February 13th, 2023 at 11 AM in the Country Haven Chapel with Rev. Mickton officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Craig’s memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association (cmha.ca/).
